A New Body
The Private Session was truly amazing. I feel like I have a new body. I could actually feel the blockages leaving when we were doing the bodywork. I’ve never experienced anything like that before—at least not at such a deep level. I could see Michael’s essence, which allowed me to trust and go with it. Now I feel different and lighter on all levels. I have come to understand that there is a limit to how much you can do on your own. I needed someone else to see the things I did not. Michael was able to show me where I was holding tension, that I needed more grounding and how to do it, and helped me to understand that I have never felt safe or valued.

What a Beautiful Morning
I took a deep breath this morning and some how it felt a little different. I felt more peaceful since our session yesterday. I’m sure it’s part of the personal “house cleaning” as you called it, but I’m looking forward to more of it. Excited to Feel My Cramps Again!
When I decided to write this e-mail thanking Dr. Mirdad for the healing that occurred in my body, I got so overwhelmed. I am here I am living and I am HEALED. Dr. Mirdad has a sort of divine presence, an energy that filled the room (where I saw him speak) with continuous waves of peace. For the first time in years, perhaps since childhood, I was sitting there in church with a quite peaceful mind. I swear, all the mental anguish vanished and it hasn’t returned. While listening to his service, I couldn’t think of one problem I had. Dr. Mirdad helped me remember that I am one with the divine, and all prayers are to remember that concept. Furthermore, I had a private session due to my not menstruating for months and just days later, my health returned to normal-cramps and all. : Thank you Dr. Michael Mirdad. THANK YOU!

Getting My Husband On Board
Dear Michael, I want to send you a note of thanks for our session last month when you were in MA. Although, I had a couple of emotional days following, acknowledging the reasons why I was so depressed all the time– knowing I had to do something about it. So I began to make some positive changes in my life with my husband. You advised me to get him to step up and take a more active role. Well he complained a little but agrees to help. I keep hearing your voice saying “it’s going to take baby steps,” so I don’t go crazy when he complains, I just stand firm and tell him he needs to do this.
