These two photos are said to be authentic. An amateur photographer and resident of Santiago shot a photo of two mounted police patrolling a park. When the photos were developed, they revealed something that he had not seen with his naked eye. It appears to be a little elf-like creature walking between the two horses (slightly to the left). The second photo is a close-up of the creature.
