In this workshop, Michael Mirdad synthesizes the most effective techniques of Tantric, Taoist, and modern sexual healing principles and shows attendees how to develop and channel their own sexual energy to enhance their health, vitality and self awareness. Attendees also learn the essentials for creating greater intimacy and fulfilling relationships in their lives. Everyone is welcome-couples and singles and whether you are sexually active or not. Sacred sexuality is about experiencing levels of ecstatic bliss, unconditional love and, most importantly, bringing these experiences into our daily lives. What an amazing workshop! It was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever shared within a group setting: I feel this way each time I’ve attended one of Michael’s workshops. How can I express in few words a life shifting, transforming, re-birthing workshop? I’ll start with a question: What is the essence of what you truly want? Mine was to be able to feel life and have an open heart. My shields kept me numbed and closed. I could be surrounded by people and yet feeling alone, mostly sad, frustrated, depressed with an apathy beyond description.  Life like this was not worth living, I had nothing to lose and this workshop was my last hope. I have been shifting slowly on my own for 6 years learning from wonderful teachers, but I have reached a point where I was stuck. The knowledge was in my head but unable to reach my heart. Crying out for help, I was guided to find Michael. Without thinking much, not knowing anything about Michael, I…well…my guide signed me up…and then…Oh my God what did I get myself into? Fear beyond description kicked in. So I must say that the healing process started the day I signed up. Thank goodness I had a couple of weeks to freak-out on my own. When I got there, the kindness and the love that Michael and his team projected were so soothing. The environment of love, respect, safety and integrity allowed me to truly trust again; that in itself was magical to me. The intensity of the workshop is incredible and yet the flow of it feels like the next logical step. There was no rush, no pressure, no over the top. It was a smooth, you can do it type of flow. This was my first Sacred Sexuality workshop and my first introduction to Tantra practices. I arrived to the workshop with many sexual inhibitions and walked into the unknown as to what was to be expected during the next five days. Many times during the workshop I chose to step outside of my comfort zone, but the energy of love and safety set by Michael reverberated throughout the entire five days and made it easier for me to explore within myself. I knew that this topic (Sacred Sexuality) was the one I most needed. And for several personal reasons, I knew the timing couldn’t have been more perfect!
